Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Secure the vinyl in its original specialized mailer, ensuring the record is stored behind the sleeve to prevent seam splits during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the record's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
